Financial Services Litigation

Keith has a long history of representing clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in litigation concerning the financial services industry.

Keith's experience has included representing financial institutions in litigation brought by consumers, as well as seeking remedies against defaulted borrowers.  Keith has also represented the FDIC as receiver of failed banks and against former officers and directors of banks.

Keith has also represented business clients in actions against banks including for liability arising from failures to follow appropriate account procedures and for forged instruments.
