Keith has extensive experience representing clients in both domestic and international arbitrations and mediation.

Keith recognizes that arbitration and mediation can often provide clients with a cost-effective procedure for quickly, and often privately, resolving their disputes.

Keith's experience has included representing and advising clients in arbitrations administereted by JAMS; ADR Services, the American Abitration Association (AAA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA). 

Keith is also a member of the board of directors for the California International Arbitration Council (CIAC) and a co-chair of CIAC’s membership committee.  Keith has also spoken at events hosted by KCAB (Korean Comercial Arbitration Board).
